- 948 mlromaine hearts, chopped
- 119 mlParmesan cheese, shredded
- 45 mlmayonnaise
- 30 mllemon juice
- 5 mlWorcestershire sauce
- 5 mlDijon mustard
- 2 wholegarlic cloves, minced
- 5 mlanchovy paste
- 1 mlblack pepper
Ingredients
- 1.5 lb chicken breast, grilled
- 4 cup romaine hearts, chopped
- 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 whole garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp anchovy paste
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Make Parmesan crisps: spoon small mounds of Parmesan on parchment, bake at 400°F for 5–6 min.
- Whisk mayo, lemon juice, Worcestershire, Dijon, garlic, anchovy paste, and pepper for dressing.
- Slice grilled chicken into strips.
- Toss romaine with dressing to coat evenly.
- Top with sliced chicken, extra Parmesan, and Parmesan crisps.
- Serve immediately.
