  • 681 gchicken breast, grilled
  • 948 mlromaine hearts, chopped
  • 119 mlParmesan cheese, shredded
  • 45 mlmayonnaise
  • 30 mllemon juice
  • 5 mlWorcestershire sauce
  • 5 mlDijon mustard
  • 2 wholegarlic cloves, minced
  • 5 mlanchovy paste
  • 1 mlblack pepper

  • 1.5 lb chicken breast, grilled
  • 4 cup romaine hearts, chopped
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 whole garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp anchovy paste
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Make Parmesan crisps: spoon small mounds of Parmesan on parchment, bake at 400°F for 5–6 min.
  2. Whisk mayo, lemon juice, Worcestershire, Dijon, garlic, anchovy paste, and pepper for dressing.
  3. Slice grilled chicken into strips.
  4. Toss romaine with dressing to coat evenly.
  5. Top with sliced chicken, extra Parmesan, and Parmesan crisps.
  6. Serve immediately.
