- 5 wholeegg whites
- 80 gsmoked salmon
- 30 glight cream cheese
- 1 tbspfresh dill
- 1 tbspchives
- 0.5 tsplemon zest
- 1olive oil spray
- 1black pepper
Ingredients

- 80 g smoked salmon
- 30 g light cream cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh dill
- 1 tbsp chives
- 0.5 tsp lemon zest
- few sprays olive oil spray
- to taste black pepper
Instructions
- Whisk egg whites with a pinch of salt until slightly frothy.
- Spray non-stick pan with oil, heat over medium.
- Pour in egg whites, swirl to spread. Cook 2 minutes.
- Dot cream cheese and smoked salmon on one half. Add dill, chives, lemon zest and pepper.
- Fold over and cook 1 minute. Slide onto plate.
