  • 4 wholesalmon fillets
  • 59 mlBBQ sauce
  • 15 mlhoney
  • 5 mlsmoked paprika
  • 3 mlgarlic powder
  • 3 wholecorn ears, grilled then cut off cob
  • 0.3 wholered onion, diced small
  • 30 mlcilantro, chopped
  • 30 mllime juice
  • 15 mlolive oil

Ingredients

  • 4 whole salmon fillets
  • 0.25 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 whole corn ears, grilled then cut off cob
  • 0.25 whole red onion, diced small
  • 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Mix BBQ sauce, honey, smoked paprika, and garlic powder for the glaze.
  2. Brush salmon fillets with glaze on both sides.
  3. Grill on medium-high heat 4–5 minutes per side, brushing again halfway through.
  4. For corn salad: toss corn, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and olive oil.
  5. Serve salmon fillet over a bed of the grilled corn salad.
