Ingredients

  • 908 gchicken breast, cut into 1.5-inch cubes
  • 30 mldry ranch seasoning
  • 45 mlolive oil
  • 30 mllemon juice
  • 3 wholegarlic cloves, minced
  • 2 wholebell peppers, chunked
  • 1 wholered onion, chunked
  • 1 wholezucchini, sliced thick
  • 8 wholewooden or metal skewers

Ingredients

  • 2 lb chicken breast, cut into 1.5-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp dry ranch seasoning
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 whole garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 whole bell peppers, chunked
  • 1 whole red onion, chunked
  • 1 whole zucchini, sliced thick
  • 8 whole wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. Mix olive oil, ranch seasoning, lemon juice, and garlic. Marinate chicken at least 30 min.
  2. If using wooden skewers, soak in water 30 minutes.
  3. Thread chicken and veggies alternating on skewers.
  4. Grill over medium-high heat 6–7 min per side until chicken is cooked through.
  5. Rest 3 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve with extra ranch dip on the side.
