  • 5 wholeegg whites
  • 80 gsmoked salmon
  • 30 glight cream cheese
  • 1 tbspfresh dill
  • 1 tbspchives
  • 0.5 tsplemon zest
  • 1olive oil spray
  • 1black pepper

Ingredients

  • 5 whole egg whites
  • 80 g smoked salmon
  • 30 g light cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • 0.5 tsp lemon zest
  • few sprays olive oil spray
  • to taste black pepper

Instructions

  1. Whisk egg whites with a pinch of salt until slightly frothy.
  2. Spray non-stick pan with oil, heat over medium.
  3. Pour in egg whites, swirl to spread. Cook 2 minutes.
  4. Dot cream cheese and smoked salmon on one half. Add dill, chives, lemon zest and pepper.
  5. Fold over and cook 1 minute. Slide onto plate.
