Ingredients

  • 480 gcanned tuna in water, drained
  • 8 wholetostadas
  • 2 wholeripe avocados
  • 2 wholetomato, finely diced
  • ½ wholewhite onion, finely diced
  • 15 gfresh cilantro, chopped
  • 30 gpickled jalapeño slices
  • 30 mllime juice
  • 10 mlhot sauce
  • 1 to tastesalt

Instructions

  1. Mash avocados with half the lime juice and a pinch of salt.
  2. Mix diced tomato, onion, and cilantro with remaining lime juice to make pico de gallo. Season.
  3. Season tuna with hot sauce and salt; flake loosely.
  4. Spread avocado mash on each tostada. Top with tuna, pico de gallo, and jalapeño slices.
  5. Serve immediately before tostadas soften.
