  • 1.5 lbsirloin steak, thin-sliced
  • 2 cupbroccoli florets
  • 1 cupsnap peas
  • 1 wholered bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 wholegarlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tbspsoy sauce (low-sodium)
  • 1 tbspWorcestershire sauce
  • 1 tspsesame oil
  • 1 tspcornstarch
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 3 cupcauliflower rice (for serving)

  • 1.5 lb sirloin steak, thin-sliced
  • 2 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 whole red bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 whole garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cup cauliflower rice (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Toss beef with cornstarch, 1 tbsp soy sauce, and Worcestershire.
  2. Stir-fry beef in 1 tbsp hot oil over high heat, 2–3 min. Remove.
  3. Add remaining oil. Stir-fry broccoli and snap peas 3 min.
  4. Add bell pepper and garlic, stir-fry 1 more minute.
  5. Return beef. Add remaining soy sauce and sesame oil. Toss and cook 1 min.
  6. Serve over cauliflower rice.
