- 2 tsp mustard
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ketchup (low-sugar)
- 1 tsp salt and pepper
Instructions
- Mix mayo, ketchup, and mustard to make special sauce.
- Form beef into 4 patties, season with salt and pepper.
- Cook in a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat 4 min per side.
- Top each patty with American cheese, cover 30 seconds to melt.
- Layer two iceberg lettuce leaves for each wrap (for sturdiness).
- Add patty, pickles, onion slices, and a generous drizzle of special sauce. Wrap and serve.
