Ingredients

  • 1 lblarge shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cupscooked long-grain white rice
  • 2 tspCajun seasoning
  • 2 wholebell pepper (red and green), diced
  • 1 wholeonion, diced
  • 3 wholegarlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 1 tsphot sauce
  • 2 tbspfresh parsley
  • 1 to tastesalt

Instructions

  1. Toss shrimp with Cajun seasoning.
