Ingredients

  • 80 g oat flour
  • 30 g vanilla protein powder
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 100 g Greek yoghurt
  • 3 g baking powder
  • 40 g dulce de leche
  • 1 whole banana
  • 10 g butter

Instructions

  1. Mix oat flour, protein powder, and baking powder.
  2. Blend in eggs and yoghurt until smooth.
  3. Cook ladlefuls on greased pan over medium heat, 2 min per side.
  4. Stack 3–4 pancakes.
  5. Top with warmed dulce de leche and sliced banana.
