- 12 whole empanada dough discs
- 300 g beef mince
- 1 whole white onion
- 2 whole eggs hard-boiled chopped
- 40 g green olives halved
- 20 g raisins
- 3 g paprika
- 2 g cumin
- 20 ml sunflower oil
Instructions
- Sauté onion in oil 5 min; add mince, paprika, cumin; cook 8 min.
- Cool filling; mix in eggs, olives, and raisins.
- Place heaped tablespoon filling on each disc; fold and crimp edges.
- Brush with egg wash.
- Bake at 200°C for 18–20 min until golden.
