- 80 ml coconut water
- 80 g mango (fresh)
- 80 g pineapple (fresh)
- 30 g passion fruit pulp
- 40 g granola
- 10 ml honey
- 15 g coconut flakes
Instructions
- Blend açaí, frozen banana, and coconut water until thick and smooth. Do not over-blend.
- Pour into a chilled bowl.
- Arrange mango, pineapple, and passion fruit artfully on top.
