  • 50 g onion
  • 1 piece garlic cloves
  • 2 g cumin
  • 3 g salt
  • 10 ml olive oil
  • 1 g chili flakes
  • 10 g parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté onion and garlic until soft, 3 minutes.
  2. Add black beans and cumin. Stir and heat through 2 minutes.
  3. Whisk eggs with salt and chili flakes. Pour over beans.
  4. Scramble gently until just set, keeping curds large and soft.
