  • 3 piece eggs
  • 60 g rolled oats
  • 5 g baking powder
  • 5 ml vanilla extract
  • 15 ml honey
  • 60 g passion fruit pulp
  • 10 g butter
  • 2 g salt

Instructions

  1. Blend cottage cheese, eggs, oats, baking powder, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  2. Heat a nonstick pan with butter over medium-low heat.
  3. Pour small rounds of batter and cook 2-3 minutes until bubbles form. Flip and cook 1 minute.
  4. Stack pancakes.
  5. Drizzle with honey and passion fruit pulp. Serve immediately.
