- 180 g white rice
- 3 piece eggs
- 3 g turmeric
- 2 piece garlic cloves
- 50 g onion
- 15 ml olive oil
- 10 g butter
- 4 g salt
- 15 g green onion
Instructions
- Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil 3 minutes. Add turmeric and stir.
- Add rice and toast 1 minute. Add 2.5x water and salt. Cook covered 18 minutes.
- While rice rests, fry eggs in butter to desired doneness.
- Fluff rice with a fork. Serve topped with fried eggs and green onion.
