- 30 ml lime juice
- 3 piece garlic cloves
- 5 g paprika
- 3 g cumin
- 5 g salt
- 20 ml olive oil
- 20 g fresh cilantro
- 2 g chili flakes
Instructions
- Mix lime juice, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and olive oil into a marinade.
- Coat fish fillets in marinade and let sit 15 minutes.
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
