  • coconut milk
  • butter
  • mozzarella cheese

  • paprika
  • corn husks (soaked)
  • garlic cloves
  • green onion

Ingredients

  • 400 g fresh or frozen corn kernels
  • 200 g shredded cooked chicken
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 20 g butter
  • 40 g mozzarella cheese
  • 5 g salt
  • 3 g paprika
  • 6 piece corn husks (soaked)
  • 2 piece garlic cloves
  • 15 g green onion

Instructions

  1. Blend corn kernels with coconut milk, butter, and salt until smooth.
  2. Season shredded chicken with garlic, paprika, and green onion.
  3. Lay out soaked corn husks. Spoon corn batter onto each, top with chicken and cheese.
  4. Fold husks over filling and tie with strips of husk.
  5. Steam for 35-40 minutes until set. Unwrap and serve hot.
