- 1.5 lbsirloin steak, thin-sliced
- 2 cupbroccoli florets
- 1 cupsnap peas
- 1 wholered bell pepper, sliced
- 3 wholegarlic cloves, minced
- 3 tbspsoy sauce (low-sodium)
- 1 tbspWorcestershire sauce
- 1 tspsesame oil
- 1 tspcornstarch
- 2 tbspolive oil
- 3 cupcauliflower rice (for serving)

- 1.5 lb sirloin steak, thin-sliced
- 2 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 whole red bell pepper, sliced
- 3 whole garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cup cauliflower rice (for serving)
Instructions
- Toss beef with cornstarch, 1 tbsp soy sauce, and Worcestershire.
- Stir-fry beef in 1 tbsp hot oil over high heat, 2–3 min. Remove.
- Add remaining oil. Stir-fry broccoli and snap peas 3 min.
- Add bell pepper and garlic, stir-fry 1 more minute.
- Return beef. Add remaining soy sauce and sesame oil. Toss and cook 1 min.
- Serve over cauliflower rice.
