- beef sirloin steak
- rocket (arugula)
- Parmigiano Reggiano (shaved)
- cherry tomatoes
- lemon
- olive oil
- rosemary
- salt and black pepper
Ingredients
- 300 g beef sirloin steak
- 80 g rocket (arugula)
- 25 g Parmigiano Reggiano (shaved)
- 60 g cherry tomatoes
- 0.5 unit lemon
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 sprig rosemary
- to taste salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Season steak generously. Sear in very hot pan 2–3 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Rest 5 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.
- Arrange rocket on plate, top with beef slices. Scatter Parmigiano, tomatoes. Squeeze lemon, drizzle oil.
