  • high-protein pasta (or lentil pasta)
  • tuna in olive oil
  • cherry tomatoes
  • capers
  • black olives
  • garlic cloves
  • fresh parsley
  • olive oil
  • chili flakes

Ingredients

  • 80 g high-protein pasta (or lentil pasta)
  • 120 g tuna in olive oil
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 20 g black olives
  • 2 unit garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta al dente per package. Reserve 60ml pasta water.
  2. Sauté garlic and chili in olive oil. Add halved tomatoes and cook 5 minutes.
  3. Add tuna, capers, olives, and pasta. Toss with pasta water. Finish with parsley.
