  • skirt steak
  • large flour tortillas
  • refried pinto beans
  • Mexican rice
  • avocado
  • shredded cheese (Chihuahua)
  • lime
  • garlic
  • cumin
  • chili powder
  • sour cream

Ingredients

  • 600 g skirt steak
  • 4 units large flour tortillas
  • 250 g refried pinto beans
  • 200 g Mexican rice
  • 2 units avocado
  • 150 g shredded cheese (Chihuahua)
  • 2 units lime
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 g cumin
  • 5 g chili powder
  • 80 ml sour cream

Instructions

  1. Marinate steak in lime, garlic, cumin and chili powder 30 min.
  2. Grill steak over high heat 4 min per side. Rest and dice.
  3. Mash avocado with lime and salt.
  4. Warm tortillas until pliable.
  5. Layer each tortilla with beans, rice, carne asada, guacamole, cheese and sour cream.
  6. Fold and roll into tight burrito.
  7. Toast seam-side down in dry skillet until sealed.
