  • serrano chile
  • cumin
  • vegetable oil

Ingredients

  • 600 g ground beef
  • 300 g potatoes
  • 350 g tomatoes
  • 150 g onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 40 g raisins
  • 50 g green olives
  • 2 units serrano chile
  • 3 g cumin
  • 20 ml vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Dice potatoes, boil until just tender, drain.
  2. Brown ground beef in oil, breaking it up, about 8 min.
  3. Add onion, garlic, serrano and cumin, cook 5 min.
  4. Add blended tomatoes, cook until sauce thickens.
  5. Stir in potatoes, raisins and olives, simmer 10 min.
  6. Serve as filling for tacos, chiles rellenos or alone with rice.
