  • tomatoes
  • serrano chiles
  • white onion
  • garlic
  • cilantro
  • vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper

Ingredients

  • 700 g beef fillet tips
  • 350 g tomatoes
  • 3 units serrano chiles
  • 180 g white onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 15 g cilantro
  • 30 ml vegetable oil
  • 5 g salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut fillet tips into 3cm pieces, season.
  2. Sear beef in very hot oil until browned on all sides, remove.
  3. Sauté onion and serrano in same pan.
  4. Add diced tomato and garlic, cook until softened.
  5. Return beef, add cilantro and toss.
  6. Simmer 3 min, serve with white rice and tortillas.
