  • thin beef cutlets
  • eggs
  • breadcrumbs
  • telera rolls
  • black beans, refried
  • avocado
  • chipotle in adobo
  • mayonnaise
  • pickled jalapeños
  • tomato
  • vegetable oil

Ingredients

  • 600 g thin beef cutlets
  • 3 units eggs
  • 150 g breadcrumbs
  • 4 units telera rolls
  • 200 g black beans, refried
  • 2 units avocado
  • 1 unit chipotle in adobo
  • 60 g mayonnaise
  • 40 g pickled jalapeños
  • 1 unit tomato
  • 250 ml vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Pound cutlets thin, season, dip in beaten egg then breadcrumbs.
  2. Fry in 175°C oil until golden, about 3 min per side.
  3. Blend chipotle with mayo.
  4. Slice telera rolls, toast cut side.
  5. Spread beans on bottom half, mayo on top.
  6. Layer with milanesa, avocado slices, tomato, jalapeños and lettuce.
