  • lamb mince
  • flatbreads
  • Greek yoghurt
  • harissa paste
  • cumin
  • ground coriander
  • paprika
  • gem lettuce
  • tomato
  • red onion
  • lemon juice

Ingredients

  • 350 g lamb mince
  • 2 large flatbreads
  • 100 g Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp harissa paste
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 4 leaves gem lettuce
  • 1 large tomato
  • 0.5 piece red onion
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Season lamb mince with cumin, coriander, paprika and salt.
  2. Cook mince in a hot dry pan 8 minutes until browned, breaking up.
  3. Mix yoghurt with harissa and lemon juice.
  4. Warm flatbreads in a dry pan 30 seconds each side.
  5. Spread harissa yoghurt on flatbread, add lamb, lettuce, tomato and red onion.
  6. Roll tightly and serve.
