Ingredients
- 2 rackpork baby back ribs (rack)
- 30 mlsmoked paprika
- 15 mlgarlic powder
- 5 mlonion powder
- 5 mlblack pepper
- 3 mlcayenne pepper
- 15 mlbrown sugar
- 8 mlsalt
- 119 mlBBQ sauce
- 30 mlapple cider vinegar
Ingredients
- 2 rack pork baby back ribs (rack)
- 2 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Remove membrane from back of ribs.
- Mix paprika, garlic, onion, pepper, cayenne, brown sugar, and salt for dry rub.
- Rub generously on both sides of ribs. Rest 30 min or overnight.
- Wrap in foil and bake at 275°F for 2.5–3 hours until tender.
- Mix BBQ sauce and apple cider vinegar. Unwrap ribs, brush with sauce.
- Grill or broil 5–8 minutes for char and caramelization.
