Ingredients

  • 908 gground turkey (93% lean)
  • 2 wholeegg
  • 78 mlpanko breadcrumbs
  • 59 mlParmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 wholegarlic cloves, minced
  • 8 mldried Italian seasoning
  • 3 mlonion powder
  • 5 mlsalt
  • 3 mlblack pepper
  • 15 mlolive oil spray

Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground turkey (93% lean)
  • 2 whole egg
  • 0.33 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 whole garlic cloves, minced
  • 1.5 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment and spray with olive oil.
  2. Combine turkey, eggs, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Mix until just combined — do not overwork.
  4. Form into 25–30 equal meatballs (about 1.5 inches each) and place on sheet.
  5. Bake 18–22 minutes until golden and cooked through (165°F internal).
  6. Cool completely before portioning into 5 meal prep containers.
