Ingredients
- 180 g sashimi yellowfin tuna
- 150 g sushi rice cooked
- 60 g edamame shelled
- 80 g cucumber
- 20 g pickled ginger
- 20 ml soy sauce
- 5 ml sesame oil
- 5 g sesame seeds
- 2 whole nori sheets
Instructions
- Cube tuna into 2cm pieces.
- Mix soy sauce and sesame oil for dressing.
- Toss tuna in dressing; let sit 5 min.
- Build bowl: rice base, tuna, edamame, cucumber, pickled ginger.
- Top with sesame seeds and crumbled nori.
