  • 30 ml soy sauce
  • 10 ml sesame oil
  • 50 g Asian pear grated
  • 3 whole garlic cloves
  • 10 g fresh ginger
  • 10 g brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix all marinade ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Coat ribs; marinate minimum 4 hours (overnight preferred).
  3. Grill on high 3 min per side until sticky and charred.
  4. Rest 3 min before serving.
  5. Serve with steamed rice and kimchi.
