Ingredients

  • 200 g salmon fillet
  • 20 g white miso paste
  • 15 ml mirin
  • 10 ml soy sauce
  • 5 ml honey
  • 5 g sesame seeds
  • 80 g edamame shelled
  • 150 g brown rice cooked

Instructions

  1. Mix miso, mirin, soy, and honey for glaze.
  2. Coat salmon; marinate 20 min.
  3. Broil salmon 5–6 min until caramelised.
  4. Steam edamame.
  5. Serve salmon over rice with edamame.
  6. Scatter sesame seeds.
