  • kangaroo mince cooked
  • beetroot roasted
  • sunflower seeds
  • baby spinach
  • lemon myrtle dressing
  • wattleseed powder

Ingredients

  • 150 g tri-colour quinoa cooked
  • 120 g kangaroo mince cooked
  • 100 g beetroot roasted
  • 20 g sunflower seeds
  • 40 g baby spinach
  • 30 ml lemon myrtle dressing
  • 2 g wattleseed powder

Instructions

  1. Season and cook kangaroo mince with wattleseed in a hot pan 5 min.
  2. Roast beetroot cubes at 200°C for 20 min.
  3. Build bowl: quinoa base, spinach, kangaroo mince, beetroot.
  4. Scatter sunflower seeds on top.
  5. Drizzle with lemon myrtle dressing.
