- soy sauce
- sesame oil
- garlic cloves
- fresh ginger
- vegetable oil
Ingredients
- 300 g firm tofu pressed
- 100 g broccolini
- 100 g bok choy
- 80 g snap peas
- 30 ml oyster sauce
- 15 ml soy sauce
- 5 ml sesame oil
- 2 whole garlic cloves
- 8 g fresh ginger
- 15 ml vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cube tofu; pan-fry in oil 5 min per side until golden.
- Remove tofu; add garlic and ginger to wok.
- Add broccolini and snap peas; stir-fry 3 min.
- Add bok choy; stir 2 min.
- Return tofu; add oyster sauce and soy sauce.
- Finish with sesame oil.
