  • catfish fillets
  • whitefish (tilapia)
  • tomatoes
  • zucchini
  • carrot
  • dried chile de arbol
  • garlic
  • onion
  • cilantro
  • lime

Ingredients

  • 600 g catfish fillets
  • 400 g whitefish (tilapia)
  • 300 g tomatoes
  • 2 units zucchini
  • 2 units carrot
  • 4 units dried chile de arbol
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 150 g onion
  • 20 g cilantro
  • 3 units lime

Instructions

  1. Simmer water with onion, garlic and chiles de arbol 20 min.
  2. Add diced tomato, carrot and zucchini, cook 10 min.
  3. Add fish pieces, simmer gently 15 min.
  4. Add cilantro, season with salt.
  5. Serve with lime, sliced serrano and warm tortillas.
